YouTube will allow you to put video clips generated by AI in shorts

YouTube added New AI video functions The creators can utilize when making shorts. The video platform announced that the VEO 2 Google video model is integrated with the YouTube experimental dream screen, and also enabling users to generate independent video clips that can be added to shorts.

To access the generation of clips, Dream screen users must open the camera shorts, open a multimedia collector and touch the “Create” option at the top. Then you can introduce a text line describing what you want to generate and choose the desired style, lens, film effect and video length.

According to youtube, this function appears for everyone in the USA, Canada, Australia and Modern Zealand, with “plans to expand to more of you”.

This is an intriguing update, considering that the latest VEO Google model is still in access and available only to the audience via the waiting list. YouTube claims that the integration of VEO 2 allows Dream screen to generate faster movies and more “detailed and realistic” results for real physics and human movement. The generated recording will also be marked with both visual labels and the unseen Wodniki Google synthesizers, identifying that it was created or changed with AI.
