LinkedIn launches a modern AI generative tool that allows users to find tasks of tasks, describing their perfect role. The updated search bar with artificial platform drive provides users with the results of publishing work based on natural language descriptions, such as “Find the roles of a brand manager at basic fashion level” and “work for analysts who love challenges related to sustainable development.”
The idea is to ensure greater flexibility for people hunting for a modern job compared to restrictive search filters of location, industry and role already available on LinkedIn. Instead of manually checking every vacancy to see if it matches their skills and interests, users can instead search for the perfect jobs they qualify for.
“AI changes the way we work, and looking for a job in LinkedIn will completely change the way people find their next chance,” said LinkedIn Zara Easton career expert in the company’s press release. “We hope that this way of discovering roles – and even new careers – will gather skills, interests and aspirations of jobseekers to find your next step.”
Search powered by AI is available in English for all LinkedIn Premium subscribers from today and it is expected that at the end of the week they will move into global English.
