Motorola begins a sizzling folding summer in style – and a bit at the beginning of this year. This time it offers not two, but Three Razr models with premium ŻeRr Ultra introduction. It has some significant improvements, and all three phones have some improvements in the quality of life, such as a stronger hinge. But hardware updates are minimal, while the moto tightens the eye -catching colors and finishes its comical flip phone.
Let’s say it in advance: Ultra costs USD 1299. It’s like Samsung Galaxy Ultra Territory, which is only a lot of money on the phone. For this price you get a generous 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of memory in the basic model and the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, which is the flagship Android du Jour processor. Ultra offers wireless charging up to 30 W and wired charging 68 W. It also has a slightly larger 7-inch internal screen than Razr and Razr Plus, which becomes slightly brighter with 4,500 rivets compared to 3000 rivets. Ultra has the same 4-inch screen size, as once plus, but Razr Ultra has some differentiating equipment in the camera department. Main cameras, ultrability and selfies have 50 megapixel sensors. Razr and Razr Plus also offer 50-megapixel main cameras, but the Ultra sensor uses larger pixels: 2.0 μm “four-core” compared to 0.8 μm on the other two.
Although, however,: Rear wood grain panel. Ultra gets fresh comical finishes, including a real wooden rear panel that gives Moto X. More wood gadgets. Is also something called Alcantara that you could once see Microsoft on the surface. It is a synthetic material with a kind of suede and is in murky green greenery, which I really kick. Ultra also has a textured deep red finish and pink magenta, which looks at the Razr line.
All three phones are equipped with a updated hinge that Titan uses, not stainless steel, and Motorola claims that it is four times stronger than the previous project. It also reduces the internal bend of the screen after opening the phone. I have never decided that the bending is too burdensome at the beginning, but it practically disappears on these fresh phones and you can barely feel it under your finger. It’s a bit ghostly.
This time all three models are equipped with IP48 rating, such as Flip 6 Flipbables Samsung. This means that they are fully waterproof, but dust is still a problem. This “4” rating means that the phones are protected against particles larger than 1 mm, but the dust is smaller, so you will still want to be careful if you take your beach. Otherwise, the standard Razr and Razr Plus are quite tiny refreshments. Razr Plus still uses the Snapdragon 8S Gen 3 chipset, such as last year’s model, although Razr gets a punch from 7300x to 7400x chipset.
Do you remember this AI button on ultra? Well, Motorola formally introduces several AI functions in the entire Razr composition, most of which we saw earlier in the beta version. They are all in the interface called Moto Ai, which is available to all three Razr – although only Ultra has a physical shortcut button to get there. And to be candid, they look more promising than the ordinary tricks of artificial intelligence – although there are also AI tricks here. I am particularly interested to see how “remember it” works. It is designed in the same style as pixel screenshots and nothing necessary space, offering a place to store screenshots, photos and notes without having to find them in various applications.
You can ask Moto Ai to “remember” something, and then you can ask about it later. You can also get him to “Catch Me Up” to summarize the last notifications that appeared when you were busy. It can be useful! Motorola also announced a partnership with embarrassment, in which you can access through Moto AI, and also helps to supply some predictive suggestions. But as with all AI functions, we need to check if he actually does what should be too excited.
