Tenet Healthcare is implementing an artificial intelligence platform across Tenet’s physician resources.
Tenet has partnered with Commure to create Commure Scribe, a platform that will integrate clinical workflows. This is expected to reduce administrative burden by streamlining data collection, documentation and care delivery.
It is being implemented across Tenet’s network of physicians, Tenet Physician Resources.
WHY IT MATTERS
According to Commure, the AI platform will enable providers to devote more time to patient care, promoting more human-centered healthcare.
Tenet Physician Resources employs more than 2,200 physicians and providers nationwide.
Tenet Healthcare Corporation is a for-profit health care system headquartered in Dallas, Texas, serving more than 50 acute care hospitals, as well as Conifer Health Solutions, a division providing health care support services for population health and revenue cycle management.
A BIGGER TREND
Headquartered in Mountain View, California, Commure has advanced artificial intelligence technology supported by industry leaders such as General Catalyst, HCA Healthcare and Sequoia Capital.
In October, HCA Healthcare selected Commure to develop and deploy an artificial intelligence platform across its network. This partnership follows Commure’s acquisition of Augmedix, a pioneer in ambient artificial intelligence.
Commure says its reach includes tens of thousands of physicians in 60 of the nation’s largest integrated delivery networks.
