Opeli officially closed the acquisition of almost $ 6.5 billion, a hardware start-up co-founded by the eminent former designer of Apple, Jons Ive, the company announced on Wednesday. But it was careful to refer only to the startup as IO Products Inc.
Initially, post on the blog, announcing that the takeover was also scrubbed from the OPENAI website due to a trademark claim from IYO, a startup of auditory devices thrown out of the Moonsshot Google factory.

Opeli originally announced an offer and plans to create dedicated equipment of artificial intelligence, with a film in social media involving its general director, Altman and Ive. This film was removed from the website and social media channels due to the process and did not return. “The IO team, focused on developing products that inspire, strengthen and turn on, will now connect with OpenAI to work more strictly with research teams, engineering and products in San Francisco,” says the blog on the blog.
