Chris Whelchel, founder and general director of Healthtok, a consulting health care company, had something that he calls a “great” opportunity to not only complete his doctoral practice at UC Health Yamp Valley Medical Center, but to offer his approach to a project related to the improvement of a road map for patients in ambulatory conditions.
