AI-to-Video image generator Google launches up-to-date Honor phones

The Chinese phone manufacturer Honor has launched a goodbye generator for sight powered by Google before it is available to Gemini users. It will be available as the first to anyone who buys the Honor 400 or 400 Pro phones, which will start next week on May 22.

The up-to-date AI tool, powered by the Google VEO 2 model, creates five seconds based on inert images, in a portrait or landscape, and takes a minute or two to generate every time. The function is built directly into the gallery application in up-to-date honorary phones and is designed to be basic: there is no option to provide text hints with the image, so you will get stuck that AI will do something reasonable with it.

Sometimes it works well. Give him a basic topic, like a clear photo of a person or a pet, and can generate a fairly realistic movement – although I am sure that my cat’s tongue is not that gigantic. Other topics turn out to be more challenging: in the face of Vintage Car, which made him turn impossible; Fresh tomatoes were caressed by a ghostly hand; And he imagined a woman in football with at least 27 players in three teams, with two referees who can control chaos. The first time that on Vincent Van Gogh’s self -portrait, it decided that the most suitable thing would be the pigeon out of his eye.

Note: The Honor application displays movies in MP4, which we have converted to GIF, slightly reducing the quality of the clip image.

The video image function will be available to honor 400 owners for free for the first two months, but with a limit of ten generations of video a day. Chris Langley, marketing director of Honor, told me that “ultimately it would require subscription” from Google, but the details of it are unknown.
