The Asia-Pacific region is a global driver of economic growth, but it is also highly vulnerable to climate change. Although green technologies are gaining momentum, recently report shows that they are not scaling rapid enough to keep up with growing environmental threats in the region.
To support innovators address these environmental challenges, we are launching the inaugural Google DeepMind Accelerator program in the APAC region with the theme “Artificial Intelligence for the Planet.”
This three-month program is designed for startups, research teams and nonprofits from across the region to exploit pioneering artificial intelligence to solve problems in nature, climate, agriculture, energy and more. Selected organizations will receive expert mentorship, tailored support, and assistance in integrating pioneering AI models and scientific AI models from Google AI experts into their projects or products.
If you’re working on climate solutions, we want to support you scale your work. The program starts with an in-person camp in Singapore, and you can find out more and register your interest today.
