Johnross Post, an advertising artistic director, and Aurora Johnson, an information security researcher, are the two creators of this Chrome extension. This is their first project together. The duo was inspired by the professional pressures to stay busy on LinkedIn, while at the same time exhausted by the obsession of many posters about generative artificial intelligence.
“As a freelancer, my chances of getting a job depend largely on my LinkedIn presence and engagement,” says Post.
If they were going to stay on the platform, they needed to make it bearable, and launching a Chrome extension seemed like an simple way to classify this connection. “You can quickly create something that allows you to take back control of your channels and your online experience,” Johnson says.
After activating the AI2AI browser extension, I finally had the courage to reopen my LinkedIn feed after avoiding the platform for most of 2025. Thank God I waited. The extension immediately saved me from having to read about generative AI. The first post I came across in my feed about an AI-related event was replaced with a colorful card highlighting a fact about Iverson: he was named to the All-NBA First Team a total of three times.
The next two posts in my feed were also deleted and replaced with Iverson’s deets. As I scrolled for 20-30 minutes, instead of stumbling upon monotonous posts about artificial intelligence, I reveled in an Iverson story such as: “At 6-foot-10, Allen Iverson was one of the shortest players to win NBA MVP.”
