Wakemed Health & Hospitals, a healthcare system based in Raleigh, North Carolina, stood primarily in the field of electronic health documentation. Dollars and qualitative points are deeply crucial for healthcare systems, and EHR is of key importance for generating both revenues and quality.
Challenge
However, improving the accuracy of documentation required doctors to spend more time in EHR, which was already the main source of frustration and professional burnout.
